If I Stay & What Happened to Cass McBride

                                                                

Last time I read What Happened to Cass Mcbride and there is a popular girl but nobody likes her.

She is very beatiful, she plays tennis and she has self-confident. Cass McBride is only one child in her family and she does not enjoy hanging out with her family. She tries to be popular with homecoming queen. Her mother and father have problems with each other and it effects Cass, she always feels lonely. She has brown hair and dark eyes, also Mia has brown hair and dark eyes. But there are some differences between Cass and Mia. For example Mia enjoys hanging out with her family, when she is together with her family, she becomes stronger. She also worries about her little brother. (page 17 line:6) She supposed that she lost her brother and started to scream. I think one of the most interesting difference is Mia has a boyfriend whose name is Adam (page 6 line:2) but Cass Mcbride did not date anybody yet. Everybody wants to date with her, but she does not except them. Mia interested in music, also she remembers her first recital. Cass Mcbride is not interested in music, she is a bit interested in sports. Besides Adam loves playing basketball, David is also at basketball team.
I think Mia does not belive in  herself because he is not strong, sometimes she shows her weakness(page:25 line:3) She became to cry and said "I can not do it" but when I read "what happened to cass mcbride?" even Cass is at that box, she always believes in herself and takes deep breath and out. She makes herself be convinced to leave out there.Cass McBride is the most popular and attractive girl in her school, because of her self-cofident. But in my opinion Mia is not self confident. At some point there are some similarities. For example If I Stay, Mia and her family had an accident and she did not realize where she was, was she dreaming or was not she?It is the one of the similarity because when I read What Happened to Cass McBride,  she stayed a box for a long time and after she exited that box, for a long time she did not distinguish that was she still at that box or did she distinguished? Mia always dreamed which is usually nightmare, and tried to decide was she dead or still alive? Cass McBride tried to decide has she been asleep? would she be died? These are similarities. Also at the beginnin of the If I Stay everything was good in Mia's life, but after the accident everything became a nightmare, but at the beginning of the What Happened to Cass McBride everything was bad because until first page, the author gave informantions about David's death and nothing is good. We had some guesses about Cass who would have some troubles.

Staind - Everything Changes Music Video (for kirby brion)

                                                   I chose that song which is "Staind- Everything Changes" because at the back of the book there is a summary about what will happen in the book. One morning Mia and her family go to a trip and have and accident so that she stays caught between life and death, between a great past which is like a dream. The song says "but everything changes if i could turn back the years, if i could learn to forgive me; then i coul learn to feel." It's about  how can Mia feel after have an accident.

        My book is "if i stay" and main character is Mia who is the protagonist of the story. Another characters are Teddy, (he is Mia's brother) Kat, (she is Mia's mother) Denny (he is Mia's father) also my book's author is Gayle Forman.
        Mia and her family was at home and she had breakfast with Teddy, Kat, Denny. They made an argument about Mia's new school. She was so excited because maybe The  Juilliard school does not except her, maybe it will except. Mia is very good at musical enstruments. She is 17 year old. She was little bit quiet. She loves hanging out with her family she does not act like tiki girls. Also she has a boyfriend who is Adam. I chose this book because it is incredible.
